In order to interact with the memory chip integrated in each sample, the Lighthouse mobile lab workstation has been developed. ?

The integrated high-performance computer with 21,5" LED-monitor* offers sufficient space for a quick and intuitive processing of any kind of data and samples. Based upon Windows XP (or Windows 7) this computer provides all necessary programs and may be embedded in any existing IT infrastructure. The system is completed by optional bar code and RFID reading devices.

The USB docking station (Classic Dock) which is part of the lighthouse architecture allows a direct integration of Perma Cryo vials. The docking station may be introduced in an optionally available thermos container in order to interchange data even with frozen samples. This procedure ensures a permanently closed cold chain.
