PORT 24

The Port 24 has been developed as a container for storage and transportation of up to 24 Icebreaker 2 ml vials and/or Portlink Adapters.

The integrated low-temperature electronic system enables the connection of each vial to any other system such as Classic Dock or Lighthouse.

In connection with the Classic Dock, the Port 24 facilitates a complete data interaction between the lab software and the sample.

In order to backup the inserted samples during transportation, the Port 24 is equipped with additional backup memory chips where the data of the inserted samples may be duplicated and saved.

Perma Cryo ® Memory Chip

The Memory Chip enables easy storage and retrieving of sample-relevant data at ultra-low temperatures down to -196ºC. Processes and analysis results may be stored as well as any other data format.
